Frisco Family Services is raising hunger awareness during Hunger Action Month
Friday, September 12, 2014

Each day, more than 40,100 children in Collin Country struggle with food insecurity. Hunger is an everyday issue that affects more than just an empty stomach. Hunger prevents children from excelling. The child who doesn't have enough to eat isn't going to do as well in school and is likely to get sick more often. He's less likely to graduate from high school and go on to college, which will negatively impact his economic future. And if that happens, 20 years from now, he's less likely to earn enough to feed his family, continuing the cycle. Read more...

Good Neighbor Grocery Programs
Thursday, August 21, 2014

Be a good neighbor by linking your Kroger and Tom Thumb Reward Cards to FFS. Making a difference is as easy as 1-2-3. Every time you shop at your neighborhood Kroger or Tom Thumb, a portion of your purchase amount will be donated to Frisco Family Services. Follow the instructions for each store below. This is a great way to give back and help us prevent homelessness and hunger and address other urgent needs in our communities.

  • Kroger: Click this link, register your Kroger account and add Frisco Family Services as your benefactor by providing the # 84501. Kroger requires a yearly renewal so if you have previously linked your card, you will need to do so again.
  • Tom Thumb: Download this form and take to your neighborhood Tom Thumb store. If you have previously registered your card, you do not need to do so again.
